She should certainly be wiser than at 20. But I think her claim of being "sharper" is just fun hyperbole. To me, the word "sharper" suggest better memory and quicker thinking. But these things fade with age, because the cells' capacity to store memory and transmit information deteriorates (not improves) with age.
In contrast, wisdom (i.e., the capacity to assign meaning, value, and purpose to information and to life experiences) typically grows with age--just not for everybody...LMAO!

Cool, but now that I think about it, I'd say it's impossible to have a sharper mind at 100, than at 20.
